KZ ZS10 Pro

The KZ ZS10 Pro is a low budget IEM retailing at around 50€ in the EU. It is a 4 balanced armature 1 dynamic driver
hybrid IEM. It is shipped in a very small box.

Unboxing experience is pretty basic. Along with the IEM's you get an ok quality detachable 2-pin recessed single ended 3.5mm cable
and also 3 sizes of silicone tips in black color, the tips are not great i couldn't get a good seal so i had to use some
aftermarket tips.
The IEM's themselves are made out of plastic and mine came with a black metal faceplate on the front, there are also other options
available. The shell is about medium size and the nozzle has 4mm diameter. The IEMS are very lightweight and the fit is very
comfortable with the right tips.

The KZ ZS 10 pro quiet easy to drive and don't need any additional amplification to reach loud enough listening levels. A
low budget USB Dongle like the Apple Usb to Lightning Adapter at 10€ will be sufficient. Talking about sound, the ZS 10 has a quiet pleasing signature, the bass delivery is surprisingly good but on the other hand
soundstage is a bit narrow. Sometimes the treble can get a bit harsh with certain tracks but overall i find these still
enjoyable to listen too even for longer sessions. Pairing these IEM's with a more higher end amplifier or cables
did not noticeably improve them.

Comparing it to the cheaper Salnotes Zero, they are about equal with some advantages in the low end in favor of the KZ but
not as good the Zero's when it comes to soundstage.

Last Word: The KZ ZS10 Pro is a solid performer but it did not blew me away, the build is not exceptional but ok in this price bracket.
